Recovery password
The only way to get data back.
Keys are created in the app on your device. The site stores public keys only. That is why resetting the site password does not recover data: you need the recovery password you set during first setup.
What to do
- Write the password down and keep it apart from your home storage.
- Add a second device.
- Verify the password during setup: the app asks you to type it again.
- If the password and all devices are lost, data cannot be recovered. We cannot help.
